  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 drops hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 34 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) canpetite diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
  • 2 tablespoons thinly slice green onions
  • breadsticks or tortilla chips

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, cayenne pepper and hot sauce.

    Spread in an ungreased, 9in microwave-safe pie plate.

    Combine cheese and sprinkle half over the cream cheese.

    Combine diced tomatoes and toaato sauce in a bowl.

    Top the cheese with tomato mixture, green pepper and green onion; top with remaining cheese.

    Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is almost melted, rotating a half turn several times.

    Let stand 1-2 minutes.

    Serve with breadsticks or tortilla chips.
