  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. white bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/5 tsp. pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

    Combine all ingredients, except oil.

    Mix until smooth.

    Heat oil in frypan until hot.

    Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into oil and brown on both sides.
