- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. white bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/5 tsp. pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except oil.

3Heat oil in frypan until hot.

4Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into oil and brown on both sides.

5Drain on paper towels.
