Ingredients
- 2 large cans tomato puree
- 1 large crushed tomato
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic
- pinch of salt and pepper
- pinch of sugar
- 1 pkg. pork neck bones
- 5 or 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In large pot heat olive oil.

2Add pork bones until lightly browned.

3Add 1/2 clove garlic, then add puree and water.

4Put in crushed tomatoes and put in some Parmesan cheese.

5Add salt, pepper, sugar and 6 basil leaves.

6Put in some more garlic.

7Bring to boil, then turn down heat to low.

8Cook about 2 or 3 hours. Stir well every so often.

9Serve with favorite pasta and garlic bread.

10Enjoy.
