Ingredients

  • 6 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup dry milk powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves fresh
  • 2 tbsp rosemary leaves fresh
  • 2 tbsp oregano leaves fresh
  • 2 tbsp semolina flour
  • 2 tbsp wheat protein
  • 4 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water to proof the yeast colonies.

    In mixing bowl combine dry ingredients

    Blend in oil until light and crumbly.

    Knead in yeast proof until smooth or about 8 minutes.

    Let rise 1 hour

    Punch down and roll out into 2 12x8 inch long rectangles.

    Roll up firmly like a log from the short end and place seam side down in loaf pan

    Let rise 1 hour

    Bake 375f for 35 minutes.
