- 6 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup dry milk powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 cup basil leaves fresh
- 2 tbsp rosemary leaves fresh
- 2 tbsp oregano leaves fresh
- 2 tbsp semolina flour
- 2 tbsp wheat protein
- 4 tbsp active dry yeast
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water to proof the yeast colonies.

2In mixing bowl combine dry ingredients

3Blend in oil until light and crumbly.

4Knead in yeast proof until smooth or about 8 minutes.

5Let rise 1 hour

6Punch down and roll out into 2 12x8 inch long rectangles.

7Roll up firmly like a log from the short end and place seam side down in loaf pan

8Let rise 1 hour

9Bake 375f for 35 minutes.
