- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Prepare cake mix.

2Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch dish.

3Mix on medium speed, Ricotta, eggs, sugar and vanilla.

4Pour on top of cake mix.

5Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours, until done.

6Mix pudding and milk until thick; add Cool Whip.

7Beat at low speed until creamy.

8Spread on cooled cake.
