  • 2 lb. Ricotta
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Grease and flour pan.

    Prepare marble cake mix as directed and pour into pan.

    In a mixing bowl, mix Ricotta, sugar, 4 eggs and vanilla.

    Layer over marble cake batter.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Allow cake to cool. Serve.
