Italian Pork Chops

  • 5 to 7 center cut pork chops
  • 1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs

Directions

    Place pork chops in a large food storage bag and pour salad dressing into it.

    Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

    Spread bread crumbs on a plate and generously coat each pork chop.

    Place chops in a glass cooking dish, cover with foil and cook at 375° for 40 minutes.

    Remove foil and cook for additional 10 minutes.

    Serve with angel hair pasta with butter and Parmesan cheese.
