  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 4 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 (15 oz.) cans tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti noodles, cooked
  • grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Brown and drain ground beef.

    Add all ingredients, except spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.

    Simmer for 1 hour.

    Serve sauce over spaghetti.
