- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 4 c. sliced zucchini
- 4 c. sliced yellow squash
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 recipe Red Sauce Base
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 6 oz. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry leaf basil
- 1 1/4 tsp. dry oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large skillet, heat oil.

2Add squash, celery, onion and garlic.

3Mix well.

4Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

5Add Red Sauce and rest of ingredients.

6Mix, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
