- 24 jumbo macaroni shells, cooked and drained
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
Directions

1Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water and set aside. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion and garlic.

2Stir in the tomato paste, oregano leaves and the bouillon liquid with 1 teaspoon sugar and simmer about 20 minutes.
