  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil, divided
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 plum tomatoes, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Beat eggs, half-and-half, sour cream, 2 Tbsp.

    basil and pepper until blended.

    Spread potatoes evenly onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 20 min.

    Remove from oven; sprinkle with mozzarella.

    Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie plate.
