- 2 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. pizza sauce
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 pkg. (3 1/2 oz. size) sliced pepperoni
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Mix potatoes, sauce mix and water in ungreased 2-quart round casserole; stir in milk.

3Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
