  • 1 slice Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 slice Spicy Hard Salami
  • 1 slice Tomato
  • 1 slice Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 Basil Leaf
  • 1 dash Kosher Salt
  • 1 dash Olive Oil

Directions

    Lay down slice of Prosciutto.

    Cut mozzarella, tomato, red pepper, and basil leaf into small rectangles

    Dice salami very small

    Place the mozzarella, tomato, pepper, salami and basil on one end

    Add dash of salt

    Roll up and cut in half then in half again

    Add dash of oil
