- 3 1/4 to 4 c. plain flour, divided
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 c. milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine 1 1/2 cups flour and next 5 ingredients in large bowl; mix well.

2Combine milk, water and 2 tablespoons margarine in a small bowl.

3Stir until butter or margarine melts.

4Cool to lukewarm (105° to 115°).

5Add milk mixture to flour mixture; beat at medium speed of electric mixer 3 to 4 minutes.

6Add egg and beat until well blended.

7Stir in 1/2 cup cheese and enough remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
