- 1 1/2 c. Jack cheese (6 oz.)
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1In saucepan, combine milk and flour; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Reduce heat to low; add cheese. Stir until melted and smooth, then add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 5 minutes until heated through. Do not boil. Makes 4 servings.
