- 1/8 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, chopped

3If too moist, add more meal; if too dry, add a little juice off mackerel. Fry in hot oil until a golden brown on both sides.
