  • 1 can Jack Mackerel, drained
  • 1/4 c. meal
  • 1/8 c. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Form into patties.

    If too moist, add more meal; if too dry, add a little juice off mackerel. Fry in hot oil until a golden brown on both sides.
