  • 1 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 finely chopped jalapenos
  • 2 Tbsp. crisp bacon, chopped
