  • 5 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch sq.
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 box raspberry Jell-O

Directions

    Cut up rhubarb and add sugar.

    Let stand for 15 minutes.

    Put in large pan and bring to a boil and cook 12 minutes.

    Add 1 box jello and mix until dissolved.

    Put in hot jars.

    Seal, then use hot water bath process for 10 minutes.
