- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 cup butter, chilled
- 1 egg
- 12 cup cold skim milk
- 14 cup 100% real fruit no-sugar-added jam
Directions

1Cut bread into small circles with biscuit cutter.

2In a large bowl, whisk together flour, honey, baking powder, and salt.

3Cut in butter until crumbly.

4Make a well in the center.

5Beat egg until light and frothy, and mix in milk; pour all at once into well.

6Stir lightly to form soft dough.

7Add more milk if needed.

8Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and knead 8 to 10 times.

9Pat or roll out to 3/4-inch thickness.

10Using a round cookie cutter, push straight down to cut.

11Arrange well apart on a greased baking sheet.

12Make a deep hollow in the center of each biscuit.

13Drop a small spoonful of jam into each hollow.

14Bake at 450F for 12 to 15 minutes.
