  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/4 c. jam (may use 1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 c. jelly
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. soda (add to milk)

    Beat oil; gradually add sugar and eggs (one at a time). Add spices
