Ingredients
- 2 lbs mutton, cubed
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1/2 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 lb carrot, sliced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions

1Fry mutton, onions, and garlic in oil to which was added the curry powder.

2Once mutton is lightly browned and the onions are clear, add the rest of the ingredients except the carrots. Add enough water to cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

3Add the carrots and simmer til carrots are tender.

4Serve with rice and fresh fruit salad.
