- 1 c. corn meal
- 2/3 to 1 tsp. salt
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Beat egg, melt margarine and mix both with milk.

3Add to dry ingredients.

4Beat mix until well blended. Pour into greased tin.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.
