- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 c. chopped green onion
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- 1 c. raw rice
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Brown sausage in oil, then drain fat.

2Add onions, green onion, bell pepper and garlic to sausage.

3Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

4Stir occasionally.
