  • 12 cup celery, chopped
  • 12 cup onion, minced
  • 12 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 34 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 lb shrimp (canned or fresh cooked)
  • 2 cups rice, cooked

Directions

    Melt butter in a skillet, add celery, onion and green pepper and cook until tender.

    Stir in the flour and gradually pour in the tomato paste and water mixed together.

    Add seasoning and cook 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
