- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced and any other leftover meats you wish
- 1 1/2 c. raw rice
- 1 can Campbell's beef broth
- salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in butter.

2Add meat and brown. Transfer meat mixture and all remaining ingredients to rice cooker.

3Press cook; jambalaya will be ready in 20 minutes.

4Serve immediately.
