- 1 lb. crabmeat (backfin)
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. All Bay seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Beat egg until lemon colored.

2Fold in all the ingredients. Mix well.

3Gradually add pieces of crabmeat until mixture has a good texture.

4Form medium size crab cakes.

5(Serving for 8.) Place in large frypan (use butter) on medium heat.

6Cook until brown on both sides.

7Cool on sheet of wax paper.
