- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubes
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion, green pepper, and celery.

2Cook entire pkg of noodles.

3Cook and drain ground beef.

4Add tomatoes and chili powder.

5Simmer.

6Add mushroom and water chestnuts.

7Add sauteed vegetables to ground beef mixture.

8Drain noodles and add Velveeta.

9Stir to start the cheese melting.

10Add meat mixture and mix well.
