Ingredients
- 23 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 cup white cornmeal (I think white tastes best)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 12 cup buttermilk
- 14 cup milk
- 1 12 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees .

2Spray veg.

3spray then put a little oil in a 7 to 8 inch iron skillet.

4Place in the oven while it is heating up.

5Remove when skillet is hot.

6Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

7Combine all the remaining ingredients in another bowl and blend.

8Add to the dry mixture and stir in briefly.

9Don't over-mix.

10Pour the batter into the heated skillet.

11Bake for about 15 minutes or until browned nicely.
