- 1/3 (16 oz.) box honey graham crackers
- 1 c. butter (no substitutions)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. broken pecans
Directions

1Break each graham cracker into 4 sections.

2Line bottom of 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 jelly roll pan with graham crackers; close.

3Grease pan if not Teflon.

4Bring butter and sugar to rolling boil; boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Pour evenly over crackers. Smooth with spoon.

6Sprinkle pecans over top.

7Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

8Let cool few minutes only.

9Lift out with spatula onto wax paper.

10Let cool completely.

11Break into sections when cool.
