Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

    Combine brown sugar, flour

    sugar.

    the eggs, butter (do not use oleo), milk and vanilla.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Spread

    the pecans on top.

    Use more than one cup, if desired. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes or until lightly set. It will set more as it cools.
