  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Beat eggs and pinch of salt.

    Add oleo and sugar.

    Stir well. Add vanilla, vinegar, pecans, coconut and raisins.

    Bake at 350° until nice and brown and set.
