  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. golden raisins

Directions

    Melt oleo. Mix beaten eggs, sugar and oleo. Add coconut, raisins, nuts and vinegar. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
