  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Soak nuts in vinegar.

    Mix together sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Then add coconut, raisins and pecans.
