  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. white or dark raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
