- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions

1Cream sugar, eggs and butter together.

2Fold in nuts, raisins, coconut and lemon juice.

3Pour into uncooked pie shell.

4Bake for 40 minutes at 375°.
