- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells
Directions

1Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, pecans, coconut, raisins and vinegar, mixing thoroughly.

2Pour filling into pastry shells. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
