  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 unbaked 9-inch pastry shells

Directions

    Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, pecans, coconut, raisins and vinegar, mixing thoroughly.

    Pour filling into pastry shells. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
