  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

    Heat sugar and margarine.

    Add eggs, coconut, raisins, pecans and vinegar.

    Put in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and cook for 40 minutes at 300°.
