  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. chopped raisins
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar and butter.

    Add eggs, raisins, coconut and pecans and beat.

    Add vanilla and vinegar.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325° in uncooked pie crust.
