- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- salt
Directions

1Peel and thinly slice cucumber.

3In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.

5Toss sliced cucumber with mixture and chill for about 1 hour.
