  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • salt

Directions

    Peel and thinly slice cucumber.

    In a medium bowl, combine vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
