- oil or bacon drippings
- 1 c. water
- 2 to 3 shakes garlic
- 5 shakes cominos (cumin)
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. hot sauce (optional)
Directions

1Brown rice in oil.

2Add water, garlic, cominos and tomato sauce.

3When it starts to boil, cover and reduce heat.

4Simmer for 15 minutes.

5Do not uncover during cooking.
