Directions

   Put agar-agar and 1/2 cup apple juice in saucepan.

   Dissolve over heat and bring to a boil until agar looks clear.

   Remove from heat, cool a little.

   Add remaining juice.

   Pour in mold and chill until set.

   Serves 6 to 8.
