- 1 cantaloupe, cut lengthwise in half
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Cherry Jelly Powder
- 1/2 cup cold water
Directions

1Remove seeds from melon halves; cut thin slice from bottom of each half.

2Scoop out melon flesh, leaving 1-inch-thick shells.

3Place upside-down on paper towels to drain.

4Add boiling water to jelly powder; stir 2 min.

5until completely dissolved.

6Stir in cold water.

7Refrigerate 15 min.

8or until slightly thickened.

9Pour into melon shells.

10Refrigerate 3 hours or until jelly is set.
