- 22 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 small pkg. jello
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2/3 c. pineapple juice
- 1 can evaporated milk (chilled)
- 1 can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add cracker crumbs and sugar.

3Line 8 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.

5Mix jello, sugar, water and pineapple juice and place in refrigerator until set.

6Whip milk until peaks form.

7Add pineapple and combine remaining ingredients and pour into crust.
