  • 22 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 small pkg. jello
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2/3 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 can evaporated milk (chilled)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Add cracker crumbs and sugar.

    Line 8 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.

    Mix jello, sugar, water and pineapple juice and place in refrigerator until set.

    Whip milk until peaks form.

    Add pineapple and combine remaining ingredients and pour into crust.
