Ingredients

  • 4 small or 2 large boxes lemon jello
  • 4 c. boiling water
  • 4 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice or lemon extract
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 1 large container Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients and let set until almost jelled, not firm.

    Mix in remaining ingredients.

    Mix thoroughly and pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.

    Let set overnight.
