  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 large box Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Directions

    Open milk; put in dish.

    Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    Mix sugar and pineapple together in pan.

    Bring to boil.

    Let boil for 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and dissolve cream cheese in Jell-O mixture.

    Let cool.

    Whip canned milk with mixer and add Jell-O mixture.
