- 1 (20 ounce) can sliced pineapple
- 1 (3 ounce) package Jello gelatin, your choice
- 1 cup boiling water
Directions

1Pour off pineapple juice from can but leave pineapple in the can (Save juice for another use).

2Dissolve jello in boiling water.

3Cool slightly.

4Pour into can over the pineapple.

5Chill until set.

6To serve, run knife around inside of can and tip out.

7Slice between the pineapple rings.
