- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
Directions

1Beat 2 eggs thoroughly.

2Add sugar and pineapple juice.

3Heat until it starts boiling.

4Remove from fire and add lemon jello. Set aside to cool.

5Whip 1 can milk which has been chilled.

6Fold into cooled jello mixture.

7Pour into baked pie shells.

8Makes 2 pies.
