- 1 pkg. jello vanilla pudding
- 1 cup Karo syrup
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Blend pudding mix with Karo syrup.

2Gradually add evaporated milk and egg stirring to blend.

3Add pecans.

4Pour into pie shell. Bake 375° until top is brown and just begins to crack (about 40 minutes).

5Cool at least 3 hours.
