- 2 large pkg. or 4 small pkg. Jell-O (use 2 colors)
- 1 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatine (plain)
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- boiling water
Directions

1Mix 1 large or 2 small packages (same flavor) of Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water.

2Put in 13 x 9-inch pan; let set for 2 hours. Mix 1 1/2 envelopes Knox gelatine with 1/2 cup boiling water. Bring 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup sugar to a boil, then add to plain gelatine with 1 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

3Let stand until cool.

4Spoon over congealed Jell-O.

5Let stand for 2 hours.
