- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 5 Tbsp. warm water
- pinch of salt
- jelly or jam of choice
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add sugar and salt; mix well until sugar is all melted.

3Sift flour and cream of tartar together; add to mixture, then beat well.

4Add soda, dissolved in warm water.

5Spread into greased and floured jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.

6Cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 375°.

7Turn onto towel; spread jelly of choice and roll up quickly.
